MacKenzie Readies to Pounce on Rebounding Baltimore Market

BALTIMORE-Things are looking up for the economy and MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services is preparing to take advantage of the impending rebound by opening a new office to serve the Baltimore area.

"The timing and geography is perfect for this," says Anirban Basu, CEO of local consulting and research firm Optimal Solutions Group. "It would appear that downtown Baltimore is set to participate in the predicted economic rebound of 2004. Indeed, the numerous cranes gracing the downtown skyline are evidence of a development that has not existed for well over a decade." MacKenzie plans to open the doors of its newest locale at the beginning of September.
