Located at 60 Chubb Ave. within the Meadowlands Corporate Center, the asset recently underwent a multi-million-dollar renovation program that turned it into a class A building, according to David Simson, president of GVA Williams of NJ. The three-story building can meet tenant requirements from 10,000-sf to full building users, according to Simson, who notes that the owners recently hosted a broker party to generate interest.
Located in the Meadowlands submarket of Northern New Jersey, the repositioned asset is situated near several major highways just west of Manhattan. Corporate neighbors include Ernst & Young, Quest Diagnostics and Memorial Sloan Kettering.
