ConAgra subsidiary, JW Swank, is housed at 4884 Duncanville Rd., a location on the fringe of the Redbird Industrial area, also known as Dallas Executive Center. Tom C. Smolik and Michael Spain, both with TIG Real Estate Services in Dallas, represented the building owner, Robbins Property Co. PJ Morgan of PJ Morgan Real Estate in Omaha negotiated the renewal for the national client.

ConAgra, known for its quiet deal making, renewed in a building with a quoted rate of $2.65 per sf net. The Omaha-based food conglomerate shaved some space with the latest lease in 173,000-sf building, which now has 98,000 sf vacant. The reduced distribution space most likely is tied to the opening a year ago of a 420,360-sf dry distribution warehouse on 22 acres at 4701 Gold Spike Dr. in the 622-acre Railhead Industrial Park in Fort Worth.
