Property records indicate the seller of 3632 Stern Ave., Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Trust acquired the building in 2000 for $1.78 million.
NAI Hiffman's Stephen M. Masters represented Burgundy Products, seller of the property, at 1775 Wallace Ave. Coleman Land Co. VP Mark Coleman represented H.A. Phillips & Co.
Jane Robins of Arthur J. Rogers & Co. represented Kyoto, Japan-based Omron Manufacturing of America in its purchase. Greg Pacelli and Keith Stauber of Colliers, Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc. handled negotiations for First Industrial Realty Trust.
