In 2001, BL sold a 73% interest to Irish Life, and now it has sold the remaining 27% stake to an Irish investor for €64 million ($74 million).
The scheme has a strong tenant line-up and major multiples represented include Benneton; Mothercare; Dunnes and TK Maxx. The current rent roll is in excess of €11 million ($13 million).
