The four-story, 34,000-sf building is part of Newton Wellesley Office Park, a four-building, 130,000-sf office park, which is leased and managed by the Nelson Cos. and is located at the intersection of Routes 16 and 95/128.
John Craig, president of the Nelson Cos., notes that the property owner is planning an "extensive renovation" to all of the common areas of this building, which he says has been one of their most "successful centers over the years."
