Arlon Brown, SIOR, senior associate with Grubb & Ellis, represented the buyer in the transaction while Insight was represented by McPherson Corp. Brown tells GlobeSt.com that Spinelli bought the property as an investment. He notes that the site has permits for an expansion of an additional 100,000 sf. Brown adds that the building, which consists of about 25% office space and the rest industrial use, is about 95% leased to a number of local tenants.
Tyngsboro Business Park consists of one building and two permitted sites. It is one of the largest business parks in Tyngsborough, totaling almost 150,000 sf and is located at the intersection of Routes 3 and 113.
