The centers' development on about 23 acres is anticipated to beginimmediately, said the company. Phase one of the project includes a 60,114-sf Kroger and 28,793 sf of retail space. Phase two willconsist of two outlots and a future development lot that will be able toaccommodate an additional 19,000-sf of building space.

"We continue to build our platform of high-quality neighborhood grocerystores in the Midwest," said Daniel Fox, SVP ofinvestments for the company, a national owner, operator, and developerfocused on grocery-anchored, neighborhood retail centers.

The real estate investment trust owns 261 retail properties totaling 29.5million sf throughout the United States.
