Stephanie C. Davis and Paul Holland, both with extensive brokerage experience, moved to the competition after Insignia's merger with CB Richard Ellis Inc., which was finalized earlier this month.
Davis, a specialist in retail property leasing, sales and new development, has received several awards during her career, including "top retail producer" and "rookie of the year." She is involved in the International Council of Shopping Centers Arizona Program Planning Committee and has served as former co-chairman of the Southwest Idea Exchange.
Holland, who will specialize in retail property leasing and sales, has 20 years' experience, including six years with Insignia/ESG. He also has been awarded "top retail producer" on several occasions during his career.
