Brock Tool will make its home in the 21-year-old building at 1200 66th St., taking up the entire structure for its use. Red Hawk's lease of the entire 25,000-sf building, built in 1986 at 1212 65th St., marks a relocation and expansion for the company, which formerly occupied a 17,000-sf space. "The Rosedale Business Park, which is more than 625,000 sf in size, has been generating a great deal of interest lately, with a number of transactions concluded," says NAI KLNB's Bill Miller notes. "It features a strategically-positioned suburban location in the county, with the necessary space requirements and amenities that businesses need."
