George Fitzpatrick of the Ontario office of Daum represented the seller, the Oda Family Trust of Newport Beach. The new owners plan improvements and landscaping at the property, including the addition of more office space to the industrial facility, which occupies 1.9 acres of land at 2319 Locust Court.

Built in 1990, the facility had been occupied primarily by Datalok, a document storage company, but is now vacant. The concrete tilt-up structure features three dock-high and four ground-level doors, 1,500 sf of office space and 24-foot minimum interior clearance.

Stacy Martin and Joe Ingrin of the City of Industry office of Lee & Associates represented the buyers, who are offering the building for lease. Ingrin and Martin are the listing agents for the building, which is being offered either in its entirety or as two separate spaces, one of 22,148 sf and the other 15,000 sf.
