Kurt Smith, with LDR-Queen Creek and Power LLC, the master developer, tells GlobeSt.com that the 92,814-sf project is already fully leased to a number of restaurants and small businesses, including Subway, Rosati's Pizza, Great Clips, Super Cleaners, State Farm Insurance and Post Net. "The site is already drawing tremendous traffic from residents," said Smith, noting that the plaza's anchor store, a 56,930-sf Albertsons grocery store, was among the first to open for business.

The store, which includes an Osco Pharmacy, Wells Fargo Bank and Starbucks along with a freestanding Albertsons Express fueling station, has been drawing customers to the retail-starved southwest corner of Power and Queen Creek roads since its opening several weeks ago. The center's ranch bungalow design blends with existing and planned facilities at Power Ranch and Trilogy at Power Ranch located just north of the center.

Both developments are owned by the partnership of LDR-Queen Creek and Power LLC. In addition to the retail space, a 14,490-sf Walgreens is under construction on five acres. That store is schedule to open this fall.
