The complex consists of 37 one-bedroom units and 24 singles, plus a pool, a gym and a leasing office. The seller owned the property for the past 17 years. Zander adds that this deal marked the 11th property that he has sold for the seller over the past two years. The investment group has been trading up each time into larger buildings in and around Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire, Zander says.
