Larry Ortega with Colliers International tells GlobeSt.com that the furniture outlet is among three Mor Furniture stores the firm plans to open in the Phoenix market by next year.
The newest store, which will open in February, will be located in the Paradise Village Shopping Center at 4555 East Cactus Road.
Ortega said the San Diego group selected the site because of its strong demographics and its location near the Paradise Valley Mall.
The company has two other stores in Tempe and Glendale and plans two additional furniture outlets in Phoenix and Mesa, Ortega said.
Ortega, along with Tom Woods, also with Colliers International, negotiated the lease deal on behalf of both the tenant and Richmond, VA based electronics giant Circuit City Stores West Coast, Inc.
