The renovation included demolition of the existing internal courtyard and reconfiguration of the space to provide increased visibility and access from the parking lot and adjacent intersections. The 23-acre shopping center is 89% leased and is anchored by Albertsons grocery store and a Rite Aid drugstore, as well as more than 30 additional stores and restaurants, including new tenants Osiyo Salon and Day Spa, Rick's Restaurant and Little Thai Restaurant.

The property is part of a portfolio of 67 neighborhood, community, power and regional centers encompassing over 13 million sf of retail space in California, Nevada and Arizona that the Costa Mesa-based developer owns and/or operates. Donahue Schriber is a private real estate investment trust that has developed or redeveloped more than 15 million sf of retail space in its 34-year history.
