While with I/ESG, Hollander completed deals including a 60,000-sf lease for David Yurman at 200 Hudson; a 400,000-sf disposition for Conde Nast at 825 Third Avenue; a 120,000-sf lease sublease disposition on behalf of Ziff Davis at 63 Madison; a 300,000-sf lease disposition for Argent Ventures at One Park Avenue; a 100,000-sf sublease disposition for Swiss Re Insurance at 230 Park Avenue; and a 70,000-sf acquisition for Petersen Publishing at 110 Fifth Avenue.
Zarba worked with Hollander on the Swiss Re Insurance disposition as well as a 15,000-sf deal for Barnard & Co. at 535 Madison; a 23,000-sf acquisition for Caminus Corporation; and a 7,000-sf renewal for Himmel Equities at 450 Park Ave.
