The Finance & Capital Market Group's EVP David M. Douvadjian and Thomas F. Welch, assistant vice president, secured the loan from AEGON USA Realty Advisors, Inc., which M&G represents as a regional correspondent.
Viewpoint at Bixby Crossing is a 12-story luxury complex consisting of 121 units. The complex was originally constructed as a mill building in 1920 and was completely gutted and rehabilitated in 1989. The property totals approximately 108,000 sf and contains nine studios, 70 one-bedrooms, 33 two-bedrooms, one three-bedroom unit and eight penthouses.
The complex is situated on an approximately 1.22 acre site in the downtown historic district of Haverhill near Route 495. The complex features a fitness room, meeting room covered and surface parking for 171 cars.
