A central street will run through the development to create a natural flow between existing retail and the railway station. A new town square will be created incorporating a restaurant, coffee kiosk, under-cover and outdoor seating. Car parking for 500 cars will be created beneath the development, with direct access onto the A79 and motorway network.

Ayr will finally have a town centre that is worthy of its population with a retailer line-up sufficiently attractive to save shoppers the journey to Kilmarnock or Glasgow.
