Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield will be responsible for a total of 21,000 sf of leasable space among 11 different structures. Perhaps the most important tenant search will be for an establishment to occupy the 8,500-sf restaurant anchor position. The property will also feature the newly renovated 2,100-sf Freight Shed Building, as well as a two-level parking structure capable of accommodating up to 270 vehicles. "The purpose of this project is to enhance the consumer offerings in historic Yorktown and to augment the area's attractiveness as a shopping, dining and entertainment destination to both land and water faring locals and visitors," Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield explain.
