Mark Window Products took a three year lease at the 196,000 sf complex under a $90,000 rental agreement with landlord East Group Properties. The company will occupy space at the 5750 W. Roosevelt site in Phoenix that was vacated about a month ago by Fina Foods, Gary Anderson with Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial tells GlobeSt.com.

Anderson said the window product manufacturer selected the location because of its proximity to the Valley's freeway system, the aesthetics of the building and the competitive leasing rates.

The three-building complex is about 85% leased to tenants that include Buckeye International, Stewart Transport, Swiss Plastering at rates that average about 38 cents per sf triple net.

Anderson along with Marc Hertzberg and Steve Mardian, also with Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial, negotiated the lease on behalf of , East Group Properties. Mike Coisek with Colliers International represented Mark Window Products.
