Aardema Family Partnership has acquired the asset, which will continue to serve as a headquarters location and distribution hub for Kreiss. Known as the Kreiss Enterprises Building, the facility stands at 8525 Camino Santa Fe in the Miramar submarket of the city. Originally built as a multi-tenant warehouse, the property encompasses 58,400 sf and is located in close proximity to the 5, 15 and 805 freeways.

Barbara Kreis of Sperry Van Ness acted on behalf of both Kreiss Enterprises and Aardema Family Partnership in the recent transaction.

"The sale of this property transpired as a result of knowing a sale could be created under the right circumstances, then finding the buyer who would fit those circumstances," Kreiss says.
