AtlanTech Tower Projects Scheduled

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Maleta Construction snags a contract to complete $425,000 for several existing tenants in the 415,000-sf AtlanTech Tower at 6451 N. Federal Highway. Construction started this week and will wrap up in three months.

Some finish-out projects are for new tenants, but one, SouthTrust Bank, is an 8,000-sf expansion. In addition to the bank, offices will be upgraded for Holy Cross Nursing Network Inc. and North Federal Highway LLC.

The Fort Lauderdale-based Maleta Construction started the first jobs this week, but all scheduled to be done in the next three months in the 415,000-sf office located at 6451 N. Federal Highway. Crimson Corporate Services has about 10 million sf of office space under management.
