Long, an 18-year veteran of the real estate investment and investment banking industries, is managing director and principal of the firm, which is based in Laguna Beach and will be looking at deals throughout the country. Long tells GlobeSt.com that Chateau Pacific is offering its services on all commercial property types in the United States. The company also will look at hotel deals only in the Caribbean, Mexico and the Pacific.
Long formerly spent 10 years as the president of Long Enterprises Inc., a commercial real estate investment company based in New York, and five years as the managing director of Hotel Advisors LLC, a consulting firm specializing in luxury hotels and real estate, also based in New York. He tells GlobeSt.com the firm is looking at deals of $2 million and larger, with no upper limit.
