Kitty Wallace of the West Los Angeles office of Sperry Van Ness represented the seller, a private investor doing business as 260 South Reeves Drive LLC, who had owned the property for less than a year. Craig Stepp, an independent broker, represented the private investor who bought the property.

Built in 1927, the complex features eight one-bedroom units. Each individual unit features hardwood floors, antique fixtures, French windows, tumbled marble countertops and floors, lavish shutters moldings and iron gate work. The property is located about three blocks southeast of Rodeo Drive. Wallace says the buyer was attracted by the quality of the building, its location in a high-income area of the city and its proximity to shopping and other amenities in the Beverly Hills area.
