Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler has been hired to lease 418,000 sf of space at the building, where Bosch Tool Corp. leases 220,000 sf under a 10-year deal. The most recent sales price was revealed by Jason T. Hirsch of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler's investment sales and financing group. Hirsch, along with Avram Holzer and Eric Kaufman, represented Commonfund Realty Inc. and Golub & Co.

Although the most recent sales price is 50% more than the 2002 transaction, it still is a fraction of the $100 million 3Com invested in the property, located on 41 acres in this northwest suburb of Chicago.
