In addition to some cosmetic touch-ups and bodywork, the building also got a new parking area made from a space that had formerly served as an alley. The structure is home to a wide variety of occupants, including the architect for the project upgrade Kann & Associates Inc., Charm City Digital Imaging Inc., Chesapeake Community Advisors, and Landmark Parking. About 2,500 sf of space remains available for leasing. "The building offers great window exposure, harbor views, terrific access to I-83 and I-95 and ample parking," Kann & Associates principal Geoffrey Glazer says.
