North American Trading Co., which trades in various products from workout equipment to parts for military vehicles, has sold land on the south side of Texas 105 West across from Lake Conroe to Professional Powersports 2 LP of Austin.
Tom Condon Jr. with Betz Commercial Brokerage Inc. in Houston brokered the transaction for the seller. He tells GlobeSt.com that the buyer, who paid close to the $180,000 ticket price, will start construction in the coming weeks on a showroom. The company, which has a dealership in its homeport, hopes to open the Conroe location in six to nine months.
Troy W. Collins with the Houston office of Yancey-Hausman brokered the acquisition for the buyer. Janet Karr with Chicago Title Insurance Co. coordinated the closing.
