The Fort Worth-based Crescent put Greg Holliday in charge of planning, coordinating and implementing safety and security programs plus oversight for safety systems and operations at 39 properties in five states.
"Greg's extensive expertise in law enforcement and security is an immense value for Crescent," Joe Dobbs, vice president of property management in the Dallas region, said in a press release. "We are extremely excited to have someone with such an impressive background join our team."
Holliday left the Dallas Police Department in January 2002 after serving 14 of his 30 years on the force. He was special projects coordinator, tasked with implementation of projects and programs that included the new police headquarters building on the South Side and a citizens volunteer program. Holliday also was department liaison to the private security industry, TV and film industry and hotel/motel association.
