The office is offering quotes on a variety of commercial loans. "The demand for capital for commercial real estate has motivated me to become licensed as a mortgage professional in Florida," Demetri Gutierrez, president of Capital Equity, says in a statement.
The company expects to see the same success it has had in California in South Florida. "Integrity, commitment, persistence and a positive mental outlook are the key ingredients of my success," Gutierrez adds.
Since 1989, Capital Equity has provided access to capital from $100,000 to $500 million and has arranged financing for the refinance, purchase and construction of office buildings, apartment complexes, shopping centers and hotels.
