ABC's first multi-vehicle center opened in Las Vegas earlier this year. A third facility is planned for Chicago. The company believes its concept is revolutionary in the industry.
"ABC Service America is the only express care center specifically built to provide preventative maintenance services to all vehicle classes, whether it be the family automobile, RVS or light trucks, commercial vehicles or luxury motor coaches," says company president Ron Similo.
He explains the city was selected because of its "broad appeal" to new businesses and tourists. "It's an ideal place to launch our new concept," Similo says.
Margo Thomas of CB Richards Inc. negotiated for ABC in the land deal. J. Gary Castle of Castle Commercial Realty represented Orlando Center Park Inc., the park's owner and a division of Lockheed Martin Corp.
