In the Irvine transaction, the two local private investors have purchased a 21,320-sf industrial building at 17352 Murphy Ave. from Corinthian Investors I for $2.5 million. Barry Knudson, Chip Wright and Gregg Haly of the Newport Beach office of CB Richard Ellis acted on behalf of the seller, with Sean Ahern and Troy Wooton of the Newport Beach office of Lee & Associates representing the buyers.

In the Corona transaction, the buyer was Process Equipment Co., which acquired a 9,659-sf R&D building at 1751 Jenks Drive from a local private owner. Charles Stos and Tom Abel of the Anaheim office of CB Richard Ellis spoke on behalf of the buyer, with the seller represented by Kevin Chapin of the Ontario office of NAI Capital Commercial. The CBRE brokers say that Process Equipment will be moving to the new building from existing facilities in Anaheim.
