The assignment goes to the Grubb & Ellis property management subsidiary, Grubb & Ellis Management Services Inc., which will be responsible for managing and leasing the 10-story, block-long building at 350 S. Figueroa St. The property management staff will be led by Scot McCullough, general manager for the project, with Chris Runyen, Mike Neil, and Jay Lenick of the Downtown Los Angeles office of Grubb & Ellis as the leasing team. The property management and leasing of the building formerly was handled by the Charles Dunn Co. About 80,000 sf of the property's 345,600 sf is available for lease, most of it office and a portion of it retail space.

The office and retail center was built in 1974 and is owned by Haseko of Japan. Major tenants at the project include the UCLA Extension, the Government Services Administration, Minolta Business Systems, and the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services.
