Newport Real Estate Services completed a 42,000-sf, two-story, concrete tilt-up office building that was erected at a cost of $3.8 million, with Wentz serving as general contractor and also providing schedule management, value engineering and logistics planning for the Newport Beach-based developer. The project is in Irvine at 2030 Commerce and was designed for the Irvine Ranch Water District by DesignWorx. It features exposure along the 5 Freeway for other future tenants. The development includes tenant improvements completed by Wentz for the water district.
Steadfasts project is a 25,000-sf, two-story, concrete tilt-up office building called Acacia Business Center at 20377 Acacia in Newport Beach. Wentz provided pre-construction and general contracting services for the $2 million development for Newport Beach-based Steadfast Properties. The new office facility was designed by Watkins/Baile & Associates of Newport Beach.
