David Kluth and Mike McKeever of the Downtown Los Angeles office of Studley represented the tour operator in its lease, with building owner Arden Realty Inc. represented internally by Art Sauzo.
The Studley brokers note that the renewal also retains signage rights for American Tours at the building, which is at 6053 W. Century Blvd. Other tenants at the Skyview II property include California Pizza Kitchen and Learning Tree International. Kluth says a demographic analysis showed that the tour company could better serve its clients by remaining in its current geographic area. The location near the Los Angeles International Airport is a prime location for any travel agency, he says.
American Tours International, LLC is a major operator of Visit USA tours.
