Ryan Energy Technologies, a Calgary-based division of Nabors Drilling, will bundle one office in the downtown and one four miles to the south of the new address at 19510 Oil Center Blvd., Jeff Venghaus with the Houston office of Dallas-based Staubach Co. tells GlobeSt.com. The plan will shut down the CBD operation and import some employees from the other office. Move-in is set for October.
According to Venghaus, his client considered many options in the five-month site search. Ryan Energy chose the Houston Intercontinental Oil Center for its location near the intersection of FM 1960 and Interstate 45 and the building's efficient floor plate. GSL Industrial of Houston, owner of the five-year-old building, had in-house broker Welcome Wilson Jr. negotiating the lease.
