Gibbs becomes a senior vice president at Staubach, the same title he held at CB Richard Ellis. He says he made the switch because he feels Staubach's mission goals are a closer fit with his own.

"For 16 years, I have focused solely on the needs of professional and corporate end-users," the broker says in a prepared statement. "This is Staubach's primary focus, which makes our combination such a natural fit."

Gibbs earned an MBA in real estate and began his career at Landauer Associates where he completed development feasibility studies and commercial valuations for office and mixed-use projects. He holds a Commercial Real Estate Institute (CCIM) and has served in executive positions with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Georgia Institute of Realtors and Real Estate Group of Atlanta.

Wagner, an honors graduate in finance from Auburn University, previously worked as a consultant for Reagan Consulting.
