Sherman, formerly an associate with the firm, now heads a property management division that oversees more than 1,500 apartment units and approximately 1 million sf of commercial space.
A property manager for more than 20 years, Sherman has held posts in Boston, New York, Orlando and Phoenix in addition to his Southern California experience. He has managed more than 35,000 units and several million square feet of commercial property nationwide. Dawson Davenport, president of Coldwell Banker Commercial Orange Coast, credited him with being the driving force behind the Coldwell Banker offices growing property management business. In addition to property management, the Coldwell Banker Commercial Orange Coast office, which is a subsidiary of Real Estate Partners Inc., provides leasing, acquisition and disposition services for tenants, landlords, sellers and buyers of all property types.
