MIAMI-The local bank is providing $7.15 million for the land for Coral Station at Brickell Way. Also, it has arranged financing for $20.35 million of the construction costs. The project will feature 80,000 sf of retail space, 78 condominium lofts and a 1,000-plus-space parking garage.
