Chad Gahr of the Encino office of NAI Capital Commercial says the entertainment industry production company has signed for five years in a deal valued at more than $2.2 million. Gahr represented Riverfront, with BEI Sensors represented by Greg Geraci, David Harding and Matt Dierckman of the Glendale office of CB Richard Ellis.

Riverfront will occupy what Gahr describes as a state-of-the-art, concrete tilt-up building with 24-foot clearance and full air conditioning, a feature not always available in industrial buildings for Riverfronts television and feature film production. The new Riverfront facility is located within and will have signage at the entrance of an industrial and business park that was built by Hewson Development. The location affords easy access to the 5 and 405 freeways, Gahr notes.
