Red Bolt LLC won ownership of the 8,147-sf industrial office building at 4636 S. 35th St. with an unsolicited offer to the Salt Lake City-based parent company, GDP LLC, just one week after the shuttle company relocated to Northsight Business Center in Scottsdale, Kirk Jenkins, with Daum Commercial Real Estate Services tells GlobeSt.com. He says Red Bolt selected the property because it is a small freestanding building with a fenced yard that is ideal for its electrical contracting business "Finding a freestanding building is difficult," he notes, adding that small freestanding properties are scooped up quickly by buyers, often at premium rates.

Red Bolt learned of Super Shuttle's move and made an offer before the property could hit the market, he said. Jenkins represented seller and Sheila Hansbury with Shea Commercial Real Estate in Phoenix bargained for the buyer.
