The 226,000-sf 20 Waterview Blvd., built in 1988, is owned by the Gale Co. of Florham Park, NJ. In the transaction, Gale was represented in-house by Tim Conklin, the company's vice president of leasing. Torre Lazur-McCann was represented by Mark Siegler of Colliers Houston, Teaneck, NJ. No financial terms of the lease renewal were disclosed.

Torre Lazur-McCann is the fourth largest healthcare agency network in the world, with 1,200 employees in 38 cities and 2002 billings of more than $1 billion, according to Joe Torre, the company's CEO. He describes his firm as "an advertising and communications company devoted exclusively to the marketing and promotion of pharmaceutical, medical and healthcare products and services."
