International Logging provides petroleum and geothermal mud-logging and well-site consulting services. Chris Kugle and Bill Romane, both with NAI Partners Commercial's local office, represented the tenant. Kugle tells GlobeSt.com that his client signed a medium-term lease and will move in by year's end. Some manpower and equipment will be imported from the firm's California operations, he adds.
Kugle says corporate executives initially toured six locations and then narrowed the choices to two. Bondesen Tech Center was chosen for "the layout and location," explains Kugle. The firm will occupy about half of the building at 6550 W. Sam Houston Parkway North, cutting the structure's available space to 3,975 sf.
Property owner Vantage Cos. Houston had in-house broker, Brad Berry, negotiate the deal. Developed two years ago, the 28-acre Bondesen Business Park contains four buildings with 91,700 sf.
