New in the center are:
* Minutemen Press, a printing service center, is leasing 1,717 sf;
* Pita Fresh, a Middle Eastern style restaurant, is leasing 3,184 sf;
* Rio Wraps, a southwestern grill style restaurant, is leasing 2,080 sf;
* Mammoth Video is leasing 3,188 sf; and
* World Cellular, a phone and accessory dealer, is leasing 1,600 sf.
DeMattia also said that Curves for Women has expanded and moved from a 1,717 sf space to a neighboring 2,368 sf suite at the center.
DeMattia owns and manages more than 3 million sf of commercial space around the metro Detroit area.
