Chris Strickfaden of PM Realty says the San Ramon-based fitness chain is due to move into the building in June 2004 after its office and retail space in the 217,000-sf office center is built out. He notes that the move will be a relocation and expansion from within the market for the fitness chain, which is one of the largest privately held fitness centers in the country with 480 locations in 11 countries, and 2.5 million members. Strickfaden represented the building ownership, a joint venture between GE Capital and Jupiter Realty of Chicago. The 5959 W. Century Blvd. building was constructed in 1970 and was renovated in 1999. Bryan Norcott of the Downtown Los Angeles office of Colliers Seeley International represented the tenant.
