Kresek has more than 20 years of experience in real estate financial posts and has held a number of senior financial positions within the industry, including serving as vice president of investment administration and accounting for Equity Group Investments, a holding company controlled by Sam Zell. Her responsibilities have ranged from strategic planning and acquisitions to investor relations, financial reporting, administration, and financing for a diverse portfolio of real estate investments exceeding $3 billion.
SCI, based in West Los Angeles and established in 1994, acquires investment real estate on its own account and on behalf of its investors. It owns a portfolio valued at $200 million that includes office, medical office, industrial, retail and multifamily properties. The principals of SCI are Marc Paul and Robert Robotti, who also co-founded and operate RE/MAX Commercial Brokerage.
