Kitty Wallace of the West Los Angeles office of Sperry Van Ness says the buyer of the circa 1951 complex says the buyer acquired the property from Windor Exchange Corp., which had owned the property for more than 30 years. Wallace represented both the Los Angeles-based buyer and the seller. The property is at 11973 Montana Ave. and was 100% occupied at the time of the sale. It includes four one-bedroom, one-bath units; four two-bedroom, one-bath units; two two-bedroom units with one and a half baths; and two three-bedroom apartments with two baths. Rents range from $819 to $1,792.
In the Beverly Hills transaction, Hendricks & Partners reports that Spitzer Properties LLC of Los Angeles bought the seven-unit building from the Pilot Family Trust of Beverly Hills. Mark McDonald of the Los Angeles office of Hendricks & Partners brokered the transaction.
