Chris Migliori of the Anaheim office of Daum reports that Global Operations and Development, a worldwide charitable organization, has leased a three-building complex totaling 43,218 sf at 8332 Commonwealth Ave. in Buena Park. Global Operationswill relocate from Placentia in the five-year, $1.76 million deal. Migliori and Paul Gingrich of Daum represented the property owner, The Fullmer and Gardner Family Trusts. Steve Schaner and Chris Giglio of Grubb & Ellis in Anaheim represented the tenant.

In the Irvine transaction, Chris Deason of the Irvine office of Voit reports that Fairon & Associates has signed a five-year, $1.2 million lease for a 9,224-sf office space at 2010 Main St. Deason says LoanNow Financial, a subsidiary of Fairon & Associates, will occupy the class-A office space. The facility will serve as the corporate office for the full-service mortgage brokerage firm. Deason and Brian Pezzolla, also of Voit's Irvine office, represented the tenant. The landlord, Equity Office Properties, was represented by in-house by Tim Marchal.

In the Anaheim building sale, Loopmasters, installers of traffic loops, acquired a 7,320-sf industrial facility on one-half acre of land at 4740 E. Bryson St. for $841,000. Loopmasters is expanding within Anaheim, according to Daum's Migliori and Gingrich, who represented both Loopmasters and the seller, J. Victor Construction Inc.
