Wave Wash LP acquired the 1.1-acre parcel near the Garland line from ROE Realty, an affiliate of the RO Evans family in Dallas. The land was on the market about a year and sits in a redevelopment area with a Lowe's nearby and a Quik Trip as an immediate neighbor. Thurston Witt of Dallas-based UCR represented the seller.
Wave Wash principal Frank Meneghetti of Dallas and broker Eric Gilbert with Grubb & Ellis Co. in Dallas spotted the tract about six months ago. With the all-cash deal done, the owner is awaiting building permits for his second metroplex location. Wave Wash intends to be open in January 2004.
