The property is a 22-door cross-dock distribution facility situated on 4.21 acres and has been closed to operations since last September when the 74-year-old company filed for bankruptcy protection. Since then Consolidated Freightways has been liquidating the assets of the corporation under orders of the bankruptcy court.

A contract price of $675,000 has been established for this property. The bankruptcy auction is scheduled for September 10. The company recently auctioned off its other area facility, a 61-door cross-dock distribution facility situated on 10 acres at 295 Salem St. in Woburn near Routes 93 and 95.

To date, 123 CF properties throughout the US have been sold for more than $234 million.
