The seven-year lease, valued at approximately $1.2 million, places the leather furniture firm in a freestanding, single-story building at 6910 W. Bell Rd., which is part of an Ashley's Furniture-anchored plaza. The 61,207-sf shopping center is expected to be completed this month by developer MainSpring Capital Group.

Rick Collins with Ross Brown Partners tells GlobeSt.com that the company's newest location will put them within a fast-growing furniture district with furniture retailers like Creative Leather, Lazy Boy Showrooms and Design Source Furniture. "There are 10 or 12 other furniture stores within close proximity that have created this synergy," Collins says of the Bell Road area where many of the retailers are locating.

Collins and Cami Boyd, also with Ross Brown Partners Inc., represented the building owner, MainSpring Capital Group in the transaction. The tenant was represented by Jim Kaiser of RE/Max Commercial Investments of Phoenix. Collins and Boyd also serve as leasing agents for the property.
